Punchlist Repairs
PPI's Flagship Service, Punchlist repairs start with our team reviewing your home inspection report. After our experienced team of professionals has completed their review, We provide you with a detailed Estimate allowing you to determine what repairs you would like completed.

Our Simple Process

1. Realtor or Homeowner sends inspection report to PPI.
​
2. PPI reviews inspection and creates a detailed quote for all items in the report (unless agent specifies otherwise)
3. Realtor/Homeowner review quote and determines what to complete.
4. PPI completes the work based off closing date to ensure closing is not delayed. PPI also creates a detailed
work report outlining what was completed and the process/products used.
5. PPI accepts payment at closing from attorney's office which allows seller or buyer to not be "out of pocket".
6. After Payment, PPI issues 1-year warranty transferable to new homeowner.
Pre-Market Repair Evaluation
Are you getting ready to sell your home or are maybe considering selling but not sure what all needs to be completed for a smooth closing process?

PPI offers Pre-Market Repair Evaluations. A member of our certified staff will evaluate your home and compile a comprehensive report on all items that would allow you to get your home in "Tip-Top" shape. We can also provide an estimate on all items in the report to give you an idea on the cost to repair the items!
If you decide to move forward with repairing any of the items, the cost of the evaluation is credited back on to the repair invoice, making it FREE!

Having a Pre-Market Repair Evaluation will allow you to get "ahead of the game" and allow for a smoother selling process!
